Celebrating International Women's Day, 8 March 2022

A big shout out our fantastic teams this International Women's Day! With 82 per cent of our Aurora workforce female, it’s a day worth recognising the effort, success and contributions of our Women of Aurora, Australia-wide!

Did you know that at Aurora Healthcare, females comprise:

  • 93 per cent of our administration workforce
  • 80 per cent of our allied health workforce
  • 83 per cent of our clinical/nursing workforce
  • 78 per cent of our hotel and property services workforce
