RU OK Day

RU OK? Day is an important day for us at Aurora Healthcare.

With mental health care being at the core of our service offerings, we truly embrace the importance of reaching out to those around us to check in and ask
R U OK?

The simplest gesture of this question along with a sincere conversation with a loved one can be all the difference in kickstarting a journey to wellness for a person struggling with their mental health.

Steps to asking, “RU OK?”

  1. Ask R U OK?
  2. Listen
  3. Encourage action
  4. Check in

After the initial steps are taken to establish that a loved one needs help, we can support this journey and be there every step of the way to really becoming OK.

Speak to one of our clinicians today about the support options available at Aurora Healthcare by calling 1800 955 665 or to see which of our services are closest to you, go to our mental health clinic and hospital directory.
