As doctors of Aurora, you will have access to over five hundred specialist medical professional peers throughout our network of hospitals. All of our hospitals have onsite private practice opportunities, and we encourage our doctors to work in both private practice and within our hospitals.

What we offer is the ability for you to work at our hospitals undertaking private practice consultancy as your own independent business whilst also having the benefit of having access to hospital inpatient day therapy and community-based services to refer your patients to. This blended model of private practice and inpatient work enables you to maximise your earning potential and avoid inefficiencies and lost income through cancelation of appointments whilst also having the wrap around support of a 24hr service for our patients.
Our onsite private practice model and hospital work offers an impressive consulting room environment, and endless supply of diverse referrals for you to access, as well as streamlined administrative support and the full running of all aspects of private practice to take the administrative burden off you around running your business.
