The purpose of this group program is to assist in the continuation towards recovery. The aim is for you to reconnect with yourself, life and increase meaning and purpose and strengthening your healthy self. Treatment is focused on learning new ways to cope, with opportunities to practice managing emotions, thoughts and behaviours. Through rediscovering who you are beyond your eating habits, weight, and body image and finding the joy in life again.
