Professional background

Bree is a certified practising Speech Pathologist specialising in rehabilitative speech therapy for adults experiencing difficulties in communication and/or swallowing as a result of acquired neurological change. She provides assessment and treatment across a variety of voice, speech, fluency (stuttering), swallowing and language disorders.

Bree completed a Master of Speech Language Pathology from the University of Sydney, and she has since gained broad experience working with people in the community (home, work, aged care) and in the mental health and rehabilitation hospital setting. She uses a client-centered and evidence-based approach to tailor individual treatment plans to meet each client’s unique needs and goals enabling them to communicate more effectively and to eat and drink with confidence.

Bree is certified in both Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) and Speak Out! voice therapy programs to treat people with Parkinson’s Disease for difficulties that arise with speech clarity, vocal volume, and projection.
