My name is Kofi Afari and I am a rehabilitation medicine specialist working in Melbourne. My goal is to help people get back to the things they love and live as independently as possible after injury or illness. My approach focuses on understanding each patient’s unique story and working with them and their team to develop practical rehabilitation plans. I provide comprehensive rehabilitation plans for physical disabilities and chronic diseases such as traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, pain disorders, multi-trauma accidents, cardiovascular/pulmonary diseases and cancer.
