Professional background

Director of Rehabilitation

Dr Jiao’s path in medicine has always been centred in rehabilitation. He completed an undergraduate degree in occupational therapy before pursuing medicine.

He undertook his specialty training with the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine and has worked in both public and private hospitals in Queensland and New South Wales, Australia and has over 15 years of clinical experience.

He believes that illness or injury does not only affect the patient physically but also impacts on their families, mental health, work, and lifestyle.
