She specialises in the intricate connection between gut health and mental well-being, taking a holistic and evidence-based approach to nutrition therapy. With a strong focus on the gut-brain axis, Shilpi assists clients in managing digestive concerns such as IBS, bloating, and food sensitivities, while also addressing mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and chronic stress.
