The Cognitive Behaviour Therapy program helps you to identify how your current thoughts and behaviours affect you. CBT recognises that events from the past help shape the way people think and behave. It does not dwell on past events but aims to find solutions on how to change your current thoughts and behaviours, so you can function better in the future.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Masterclass Day Program
This 24-session advanced half day program is based on the principles of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and aims to promote self compassion, acceptance of emotions and thoughts as well as strengthening the ability to commit to values guided actions. It builds on skills in the introductory program and details how to apply ACT skills to a range of issues such as sleep, grief, relationships, procrastination, anxiety and depression.
This 6-session half day program is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (or CBT-i) and is designed to teach you proven strategies to assist with sleep difficulties. This may include difficulty getting to sleep, staying asleep, early wakening, nightmares or daytime fatigue.
Women’s Empowerment and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Day program
This 8 weeks program, utilising principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Healthy Lifestyle, is designed to empower women and to strengthen their sense of self. Participants will work with a Psychologist and Exercise Physiologist to learn therapeutic skills to improve their psychological and emotional well-being, and make positive lifestyle changes via a tailored exercise and hydrotherapy program.
