Nadiah believes in each person's capacity for healing through compassion, self-awareness and the development of practical skills that support growth and recovery. Committed to the value of early intervention, Nadiah is also a qualified facilitator of Circle of Security, Mental Health First Aid and Triple P programs. She works with parents and carers to strengthen relationships, build confidence and respond effectively to the challenges of parenting.

Nadiah's therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual's unique circumstances, strengths, and goals. She draws on a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy.

Known for her calm, warm and compassionate presence, Nadiah is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered. She is passionate about helping people develop effective coping strategies, restore confidence and create a more balanced, connected, and meaningful life.
