The program covers education and formulation of presenting problems from the ACT framework, with educational and practical skills from each of the six core ACT strategies. The program serves to improve psychological flexibility and meaningful values-based living, with a highly experiential approach utilising in session activities and exercises.
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Mothers (CBTM) - Follow Up Program
The CBTM Follow-Up program is for graduates of the 6-week CBT for Mothers program. The program extends and enhances skills and concepts already learnt by introducing advanced psychotherapy topics and skills. The aim is to prevent relapse by reducing the level of depression and anxiety in women by continuing to target symptoms and challenge distorted motherhood specific thoughts thus generally improving their day-to-day functioning.

This 8-session program is designed to meet the needs of mature aged patients experiencing adjustment difficulties, anxiety and/or depression. The program is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other strength-based therapies. It allows patients to review their life, both past and present, in a positive and supportive environment.

The 12 session program aims to promote acceptance of what is out of one’s personal control while still committing to actions that improve their life and make it more meaningful. The ACT Program is based upon the evidenced based model of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. The groups focus on psychoeducation and psychological skills to assist patients learn about and cope with their own thoughts, feelings and behaviour patterns.

This 12-session program is based on the principles of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (or DBT) and is designed to teach you proven strategies for managing stress, looking after yourself, and tackling your problems to improve the way you feel. It will show you how to work with your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours so you can make a positive change and reduce the levels of stress in your life.
This foundational three-week group therapy program provides psychoeducation on PTSD to allow patients to develop insight into the nature of PTSD as well as implement skills to effectively manage their PTSD symptoms. This program may also provide a steppingstone to more intensive trauma processing intervention.

The Cognitive Behaviour Therapy- CBT Day Program is designed for people wanting to gain a better understanding how their negative thinking patterns and unhelpful behaviours contribute to their mental illness. A range of practical skills will be explored how to respond to unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, behaviours, and distressing emotions. This CBT program runs for 8 sessions before transiting into the CBT Masterclass for another 8 sessions.
Men’s Wellness and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Day program
This 8 weeks program, utilising principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Healthy Lifestyle, is designed to meet the needs of adult males throughout the lifespan. Participants will work with a Psychologist and Exercise Physiologist to learn coping strategies to manage difficult emotions (e.g., depression, anxiety, anger, stress), and make positive lifestyle changes via a tailored exercise and hydrotherapy program.
Applied Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) Day program
The Applied Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) Day Program supports people to learn how to break away from negative thoughts, thinking patterns and persistent worries that are adversely impacting on their mood and sense of self. It also looks at how we can better manage distressing emotions and letting go of rigid undesirable views, along with exploring important values that we can use to guide us on how to respond to stressful situations.
Psychological Injury- Understanding Trauma and Recovery Day Program
The Psychological Injury- Understanding Trauma and Recovery Day Program supports people that are affected by traumatic events in their lives (e.g., domestic violence, sexual assault, abuse, bullying, vehicle accidents, war combat or any other overwhelming threatening events). It utilise concepts and strategies from a range of therapy models (e.g., Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) to assist people to better manage the significant effects of trauma.
Ideal for individuals diagnosed with ADHD seeking structured support and practical strategies to manage symptoms, improve focus, and enhance daily functioning. Suitable for adults and adolescents motivated to learn and apply new skills in a supportive environment.

Alcohol & Substance Use Disorders Day Program (ASUDS)
The Alcohol & Substance Use Disorders Day Program is based primarily upon cognitive behavioural therapy, with additional therapeutic skills offered by the clinician which may include mindfulness and social learning theory. Morning sessions are dedicated to exploring issues that have arisen during the week, while the afternoon session focuses on the skills needed to maintain goals of recovery and improve coping skills.
